Memorial Services for W R C Observed in Presbyterian Church
Memorial services were held in the Presbyterian church last Sunday with Post and Women’s Relief Corps attendance. Rev. Lee preached from 2 Timothy 4:4, and patriotic music accompanied by choir and congregation featured an anthem and a duet by Mrs. Morris and Mrs. Babcock titled The Homeland. G A R and W A C members marched to the church, with reserved front seats. On Sunday afternoon at 2 30 the G A R and W R C went to Dundee for further services, arriving in about 15 autos provided by citizens led by Commander Pike with his machine.
