The National Association for the Study and Prevention of Tuberculosis announced a nationwide Tuberculosis Sunday to be observed in 215000 U S churches on April 24. The effort follows church campaigns against consumption and sermons delivered in thousands of cities.

It calls for involvement of anti tuberculosis groups labor unions fraternal bodies and major denominational leaders. On April 24 sermons will be preached literature distributed and clergy given access to materials from health boards and the National Association.
