Confectionery quits after near beer sold
Friday morning last week Comer, owner of Main Street Confectionery, agreed to leave the business. Six dollars representing stock on hand was handed to William Clemmens to pay Comer once the stock was dumped on the ground. The proprietors consented to quit and the public seems to approve.
