Two Golden Weddings Celebrate Fifty Years of Marriage
Milton Newlin and Mary Jane Marks mark their fiftieth wedding anniversary at their Newberg home after marrying in Park County Indiana on August 5 1858. About 100 relatives and friends attend including twenty four children grandchildren and a WCTU procession bringing ice cream and treats. Both couples are reported hale and hearty as they receive well wishes for many more years.
