Mr Skinner Returns From St Martin Springs Visit
Mr. Skinner arrives home from days at the St Martin hot springs on the upper Columbia where he tested the waters healing properties. Springs are owned by a French Canadian and his Indian wife who refused a $250000 North Bank railroad offer. The camp life is rough but the water is praised for stomach troubles and skin diseases. The St Martins profit from the springs despite social issues in the camp.
