Collector Loeb sent a list of twenty two delinquent yacht owners to United States Attorney Wise with names boats and amounts due under the tonnage tax. Some owners have paid seven dollars per ton or requested appraisal while others dispute retroactive provisions or foreign port status. One Man Saves Crew of Snowdrop in perilous voyage
