Mrs. nae Anessian, thirty-one, wife of Samuel Chessman, a druggist, of No 1102 Fox Street Bronx, is in Fordham Hospital with mercury bichloride poisoning. Her husband gave antidote and doctor Dupin and Dr Schorr treated her with a stomach pump. A recent death of Sanders Walker in Macon from the same poison adds urgency to her case.
Thomas McCane, who sought death after reading about B S Walker, swallowed eleven grains of bichloride of mercury and survived after Detroit physician Dr Andrew Sherman treated him with metha nrate of soda. Jan McCabe ingested poison Thursday. hospitalised, then sent home to die. By Monday he was well enough to greet the doctor at the door and is now out of danger.
Henry A. Guiler District Attorney asks a commissioner to file perjury charges against George W. Naylor a bookkeeper for Willard P. Brown & Sons egg dealers. Naylor testified before a grand jury about erasures in books tied to alleged graft and brokerage entries. A wagon carrying about 10 000 bolts of cloth was stolen from in front of a factory on Washington Place. The driver and his helper disappeared and police later recovered an empty wagon at Howard and Crash Terrace. detectives traced the theft to Charles Asch who said his helper fled with the load after loading 11 bolts of cloth.

John Collins of West 108th Street fatally attacks his wife with an axe during a ten day quarrel. He flees to a six story roof but leaps to escape police, plunging 75 feet to his death.
