Auction of Detroit Toledo and Ironton Notes Prompts Iropon Split

Notes valued at about 89000 present value and secured by Ann Arbor stock are to be sold at the Exchange Salesroom to form a legal maneuver by Hollins and associates. The collateral ties to the Ann Arbor Railroad, consolidated with DT& I, and the aim is to keep the two properties joined amid a receivership. The bid is intended to give Hollins control against any separation. The total pay value is 1300000, not a majority, yet DT&I interests hold sufficient leverage to influence Ann Arbor affairs.
