Trading in the mining department was light with only four stocks changing hands. Branch Mint led activity at 12% to 12 3/8 cents, totaling 3,500 shares, while Nevada Exploration moved 1,500 at 14 1/2 to 14 3/4 cents and Greater Nevada 1,000 at 2 1/2 to 2 5/8 cents. Tramp Consolidated traded 1,400 shares at 6 1/4 to 6 1/2 cents. Bid and asked figures showed limited interest across multiple listings as market makers posted narrow quotes.
