Charles Jackson a 29 year old driver, living at 538 West Fiftieth Street, was arrested at his home in The Bronx district last night as the man suspected of murdering Charles W Roxbury, a taster, a week ago in River Ave The Bronx. Detectives traced the pawned Roxbury watch to Jackson via his wife and a pawnshop on Tenth Avenue. The watch from Benedicts Jewellers had movement number 7505274 and case 47160. Jackson admitted pawning the watch and claimed it was found at the Barnum and Bailey circus in Danbury Conn last Wednesday. Detectives, including colored detective Payton, followed leads among Bronx residents and an arrest followed after a several day search. He denies knowledge of the murder and awaits arraignment at Morrisania Court.

Miss Bessie Hardenburgh, a stamp clerk in Tarrytown, reports her Skye terrier swallowed a money bundle worth $100 more today than Wednesday. The dog chewed an elastic band found with the bills in her bedroom, revealing the stash after a search. No one has offered $100 for the dog.
A decree of divorce on grounds of desertion was granted to Mrs Aga Blandy Thomas from Harold E. Thomas. The case, filed in Chicago, involved witnesses including Mrs Bi and Mrs Thomas's mother. An amended cross bill for separate maintenance accompanied the decree.
