Retaliation on Levy South Brooklyn Moves

The move targets subway funding and tied projects, arguing to safeguard city borrowing capacity while disputing the Levy case. Meyer Bay Ridge property owner supports the suit, while Borough President Coler’s counsel backs the action, cautioning that enjoining one project could affect all debts and subway plans.
