Investigators of the Lusk committee report a Teutonic propaganda ring in the United States aiding Bolshevik agitators. German funds traced to von Bernstorff allegedly return through Central and South American channels to support Lenin Trotsky—some money stayed to bolster Bolshevism. The probe ties pacifists and I W W figures to Bolshevik propaganda. Hearings are planned this week with grand jury actions to follow in multiple states.
The ex Kaiser's yacht is advertised for sale in Scandinavian papers with royal fittings and historic memories. Listed at 500 000 marks, nominally 125 000 but effectively about 45 000 dollars.

Cohen allegedly resold un stamped tickets at high markups, with the 65 percent tax cited, while officials say the case centers on un stamped tickets and price marks rather than government fraud.
From Akron Ohio the A-4 dirigible began at 10 oclock and reached Bolling Field at 9 45 this morning after 18 hours of flight. It then proceeded to Langley Field arriving late in the afternoon. Weather fog forced 4000 foot altitude on the first leg. Commanded by Lieutenant G W McEntire with two assistants the airship is 182 feet long and 38 feet in diameter with a lifting capacity of 4460 pounds.
