Pembroke New Hampshire July 12 Dr Ralph B Gallinger of Concord son of United States Senator Jacob H Gallinger was killed in an automobile accident shortly before midnight as he and A E Davies of Concord Insurance headed back from an evening ride. The car struck a sandy stretch and overturned with Gallinger pinned beneath it dying instantly He was forty a practicing physician at Concord and also prisoner of the New Hampshire State Prison.

He was re elected without opposition.
M Sherman son of View President Sherman faced an awkward incident at the Bretton Woods event hosted by the American Golfers Association of Advertising Interest. He reportedly was ducked in the swimming pool after completing the competition, a rough reception contrasted with expected sportsmanship.
