Cincinnati july 7 less than an hour after Fred Singleton was asked to sign an affidavit charging the man Evans or West arrested in Boston yesterday with the murder of his father Squire Fred Singleton of Newport Ky the young man was seized with convulsions and soon afterward died. The arrest came unexpectedly and the Newport police went to Singleton s home to relay the request.
