Exceeding speeds risks arrest. The reprimand stems from a judgment error amid citizen complaints for weeks. The red car allegedly damaged Mayor Ernest Minek s frock coat, who seeks Congress, using the coat in speeches.
A man named Armstrong displayed a $1,000 bill he found hidden between two tens after cashing his check at McQuade Flanagan's Hotel. Captain Tulmer and six reserve officers escorted Armstrong to the hotel where Billy McQuade learned his till was missing $1,000 as he lay ill.
