A touring car owned by Paul R. Atkinson of Brookyln veered off course near Arcola New Jersey and crashed into a telegraph pole. Autos Kill Two Children In Separate City Crashes
Two youngsters died in separate incidents within ten minutes yesterday afternoon. Agnes Deering, 209 West 66th Street, darted across a street behind a wagon and was struck by a touring car driven by Charles C. Bigelow, 535 West 35th Street. She died at West 66th Street station before Dr. Reid could reach Flower Hospital. Francis Raymond, 2 East 79th Street, was playing on a sightseeing car’s running board when he fell under a rear wheel as the chauffeur ordered the boys off at 7th Street and Broadway. He died after being taken to a doctor’s office. His body was laid beside Agnes’s at West 66th Street station.
