Stockton Jr. and Professor George Grafton Wilson will push principles of international law for prize cases and seek to harmonize rules amid divergent national views. The talks test already existing Hague conventions and the 1856 Paris Declaration on neutrality and contraband, with implications for U S trade and wartime conduct.

Fearful hair inventions loom with false hair trends

Inventions in false hair and hair frames grow more wondrous daily. A new comb with interspaces and woven switches ends in curls over each ear. Yet the sight of natural hair in simple style remains refreshing, though heavy hair often looks false to observers.
