ALBANY April 20 Speaker Sweet today jammed through the Assembly the bills prepared by the task committee and sponsored by Assemblyman Fearon to outlaw the Socialist party. They passed with Tammany support despite opposition from Simon I Adler and Roosevelt Jr. The measures also disenfranchise groups whose views diverge from judges of the Appellate Division. The Judiciary Committee largely opposed, with only two Tammany members voting for passage.
