In Camden Arkansas on April 17 Herman Hale son of ex County Judge H D Hale bit off the end of his tongue while playing second base. Cecil Wright tried to steal second. the two collided and about an inch of the tongue was severed. The tongue was stitched and doctors hope for recovery.
