In Brooklyn last evening a feud flare between the Carlo and Sulzano families led to about twenty shots. Frank Carlo fired first at Alfonzo Sulzano and his brother Joseph near Fourth Avenue and President Street. Alfonzo Sulzano was mortally wounded and later died. The altercation injured bystanders including Rose Sonino and Salvator Canoro bro. Carlo and Joseph Sulzano fled but were later detained at Holy Family Hospital.
