Roof Collapses Injuring Brookyn Firefighters in 158 Street Fire
Acting Deputy Chief Daniel Thomas and Fireman Michael McNally were injured yesterday afternoon when the roof of a three story frame building at 156 Twenty-first Street Brooklyn collapsed as they directed a stream from a hose on the roof of 158. They were dragged from the floor below by fellow firefighters. Thomas suffered a head wound and McNally sprained his right arm. The blaze caused $7,000 in damage.
