Washington January 13 wireless control from an aeroplane of a coast defense torpedo has been developed. The Navy seeks Congress approval of nearly 80 million dollars for coast defenses and Hammond radio controlled torpedo rights.

Report from Berlin dated January 13 via London states Emperor William is in good health and walking in Potsdam.
