Dominion sovereignty urged over North Pacific fisheries

Vancouver reports the Board of Trade Fisheries Committee prepared a memorial asking Ottawa to define Canadian sovereignty in the North Pacific. It argues waters from Dixon Entrance to Hecate Strait are under Canada and that recognizing this would push American halibut boats from Canadian waters.
