James E. Martin of 903 Fifth Avenue died in an automobile accident between Bay Side and Flushing yesterday afternoon. The crash involved his Mercedes driven by chauffeur Albert Fiort and a second car. several passengers were injured, and Mrs Martin fainted at the scene. Martin’s head was crushed. he was carried to a nearby residence and then to Flushing Hospital after an ambulance arrived.
