A secret session is reported with Payne’s attempt to claim insanity rejected. The inquiry proceeds, with adjournment occurring on Friday as proceedings focus on the assassination case and related defenses.

The One Hundred and Thirth News York Volunteer unit arrived in the city on Tuesday morning under command of Bente LA. Hidackses, numbering about 20 men, proceeding to Albany where they will be mustered out. The regiment belonged to Scorisan's cu vcard and Workl Jacele at Tonnel Hilde. Surgeon Murphy notes hardships of moving wignage from the battery to the Howard Roots while transportation was to be provided by the government.
