Supreme Court Decides Widow Inheritance Case In Murdered Man Estate

The Minnesota high court divided over John Wellner's estate with three justices backing the probate order allowing the widow Emilie Wellner to inherit, while heirs argue the murder voids her claim. Lawyer Jos A Eckstein, who held the deed to the property, faces an unsettled outcome as the heirs seek cancellation of his deed.
