Drunk Held With Cash At Northwestern Depot
An intoxicated man in laboring dress lingered at the Northwestern depot from Monday night into Tuesday morning until Station Agent Starr called police. Henry Panhus, 45, was jailed after a search revealed a bank book showing over $100 at Stockman’s State Bank of Paka South Dakota and a $250 CD, plus $48.04 in cash and a nearly empty whiskey bottle. He appeared at the passenger station late Monday night and stayed off and on until his arrest.
