Revival meeting at Schell's Hall sparks constitution plan

Commercial Union gathered at Schell's Hall with about fifty business leaders for the first meeting in two years. A committee of Albert Pfaender Philip Liesch and Magene Koehler was appointed to draft a new constitution and by laws, while plans were set for a girls training school in New Ulm and a delegation to St Paul. Demurrage Bill Passes House With Narrow Vote
