High School Program Highlights Local Literary Contests

Closing exercises at the high school featured the Athens and Thalian literary societies. The program included music by the High School Orchestra, essays, original stories, orations, recitations, a Girls Glee Club number, a debate on women’s suffrage, and judged outcomes. Farmers Institute Set for Sleepy Eye In January
