Brown County Minnesota commissioners met at the New Ulm courthouse on December 13, 1899. They set hearings for January 8, 1900 on liquor license applications from A Emmerich Comfrey W P Schundt Comfrey and Albin Carlson New Ulm with future action by the regular session.
The Brown County annual report lists receipts of 122401.16 and expenditures of 79182.14, leaving a credit balance of 48219.02 with a net gain of 10519.69 from last year.
