Women clubs sponsor sale to aid soldiers in war effort
Three clubs Gettysburg, Trilogy of upper Adams, and Littlestown will stage a rummage sale and white elephant auction in Gettysburg July 17 to 19. Proceeds go to the county Red Cross for clothing production and home service costs for Army and Navy members. Miss Margaret McMillan says 400 more volunteers are needed to sew and knit for the quota.
