Heidlersburg Post Office to be Abandoned in June
The Heidlersburg post office in Adams county will be discontinued on June 15. The 30 local families will be served from York Springs or via rural carriers from Gettysburg and York Springs after closure. Harold Arnold, 17, of New Oxford, was injured when his bicycle was struck by a car driven by R Gregory Storm of Hanover on Dicks' Dam Road Monday.
