Two men Sylvester Pequin 24 of 1407 Romero and Leo Aragon 21 of Albuquerque were booked on assault with a rotor vehicle after a chaotic pursuit involving a car a motorcycle and a police unit. Pequin cited for driving while intoxicated Aragon for riding with an intoxicated driver and party to a crime.

Burglaries Hit Vehicles at Gallup Holiday Inn Area
Gallup Police report two parked vehicles burglarized Sunday morning near the Holiday Inn. Rosé Roberts of Spearman Texas says over 1000 in merchandise stolen including a camera clothing and eight track tapes after entry by a pry- open vent window. Carlton Rickson of Austin reports a 150 camera stolen from his car between 7 and 9 30 am while he was in Painted Desert Arizona. Patrol notes describe a suspicious looking person observed near the room and the incidents are part of a series of similar burglaries. Edward Bolton reports 125 stolen from his bedroom at 102 E Green Ave Sunday evening.
