Burkholder Named Lancaster County Orphans Court Judge
The Pennsylvania Senate confirmed H Clay Burkholder of Lancaster as judge of the Lancaster County Orphans Court to succeed William N. Appel. At 39, Burkholder will take the oath Saturday at 10 a.m. He studied at Franklin and Marshall and Colorado Law School, was admitted in 1925, and serves on the Lancaster city school board.
