Fire at Wis home injures Zentmyer family

A Wisconsin family of four children and two adults suffered injuries in a house fire. The blaze damaged the Zentmyer residence and left holes through walls. Fire officials say the home is insured and a man identified as Mr Zentmyer was reportedly missing but later recovered.

Plans for expanding engineering and development facilities announced

President George C. Delp announced plans to expand engineering and development facilities during the first national sales conference. Arno H. Johnson of J Walter Thompson noted prospects for mechanization and worker livability as a trend. The group toured the plant in West Main to view the New Holland line display opened for employees and families yesterday. A banquet at the Hotel Brunswick followed. Continued on Page 4.

Mrs. Emma Alice Bethune eighty eight widow of Rev James W Bethune died at 1 80 a m Monday in the home of Miss Jennie Welsh Churchtown where she had lived for twelve years She belonged to Goodwill Methodist Church near Elverson and to Elverson Methodist Church her husband served as pastor He preceded her in death six years ago She was Bucknell University class of 1879 survivor details continued on page 4

Rotary Club Meets The New Holland Evening

The New Holland Rotary Club met Monday at Peoples Restaurant with president J Z Martin in charge. Allen R Hunsicker introduced Edwin Pfeiffer of Lukens Steel Co Coatesville who gave a talk on foundation and history of stet ing followed by movies. Next week Professor Shoemaker of Franklin Marshall College is expected to speak on pow wowing and medicine.
