Garrison facing multiple charges after shooting at North Hill home
Police say Bobby Garrison shot Betts at Garrison's North Hill home around 12 20 PM. Betts, who was living in a third floor attic with a girlfriend, was hospitalized in Akron after doctors removed 40 BBs. A warrant exists for Garrison who has a prior robbery conviction. Two women and a girl who lived in the house exited as officers followed a blood trail. Police describe a short barreled shotgun involved and Betts providing key accounts of the incident.
