County Commissioners Chairman Charles Dlugokowski said the county Solicitor Sherman Levine will meet with Perry Reeder, solicitor for County Treasurer Cecil Potter, to resolve who collects this year’s delinquent taxes after a court decision held the treasurer not legally required to collect after September 1.
