Decision on Graci coming in courtroom in Hershey
A three member court martial panel reviewed prosecution evidence against Lt. Col. Charles Graci and prepared to decide whether to clear him of cheating charges. Graci's civilian lawyer Richard Snelbaker argued the state police failed to prove the allegations, while defense witnesses vouched for his character. The panel heard testimony from ex Governor Davis and Father Gurrits and weighed whether the evidence supports a conviction or a demurrer due to insufficient proof.
