Tragedy Blamed on Small Boy's Rifle Fire

Authorities say dynamite and guns were in the closet where the boy may have loaded the rifle before the explosion. The father Francis Huggins was at work nearby. The boy's body was recovered from the wreckage and the mother died at a Washington hospital.
