UPI reports a mixed early market showing 455 issues crossing the tape as advances outpace declines. Major movers include Youngstown Sheet & Tube up to 41 4 and McDonnell Douglas climbing to 57 4 while Texas Instruments slips to 107 with Xerox down 1 to 324. Ford rises to 58 with American Telephone easing to 48.
