Woman dies after fall from third story window assault
Miss Sarah Metcalfe 18 was found semi conscious on Sheridan avenue and died at Pittsburg hospital after being attacked and hurled from a third story window. Police seek a man in an army lieutenant uniform who accompanied her home last night. A shoe heel, pearl beads and a hat were found near the building. Albert Johnson is ill at home with tonsillitis.

Percy P. MacNab of this city was elected grand councilor of the United Commercial Travelers of the state at the DuBois convention. J. W. Disbrow received the appointment as grand chaplain and J. D.
