Two kinds of people Dead Sea or living water
A sermon contrasts Dead Sea people who take without giving with living water people who give joyfully. It uses the Dead Sea’s lack of outlets and a Samaritan well as metaphors for religion as duty versus nourishment. The piece urges generous action, sitting with the hurting, and giving without return to find true joy. It cites a weekly question about Jesus’ miracles and a biblical lifespan fact from Genesis.
