Jordan seeks juvenile court move for case
Attorneys for Al Jordan plan to file a petition later this month to transfer proceedings from adult status to juvenile court. Since March 2 he has been at the Edmund L. Thomas Adolescent Center. State troopers testified boxes of shotgun shells and several long guns were found at the residence with gunshot residue on clothing.Witnesses included Jack Houk, who said he had seen Jordan fire shotguns. Jordan was arrested at 3:30 a.m. Feb. 21. A lab note said gunshot residue can result from various causes. Five people were in the home on Feb. 20. preschooler Adalyn Houk reported her mother was dead. Kenzie Houk was found dead at 10:13 a.m.
