Tour de Conut hits New Wilmington with donut challenge
New Castle News editor Pete Sirianni and I joined the third annual Tour de Conut in New Wilmington organized by Tyler Cathcart and Dan Tennant. Riders choose 10, 29, 30 or 43 miles and may attempt a dozen donuts for a donut medal. We tackled the 10 mile ride, learning the aches of short prep and the strain of a heavy pastry rush, after bikes were donated by Bicycles and More in Union.
