The remaining wreckage of United Flight 93 will be returned to the Pennsylvania memorial in Shanksville for burial in a restricted area near loved ones. The Tower of Voices, a 93 foot musical monument with 40 wind chimes, will be completed for the 17th anniversary of the attacks as authorities review debris with the FBI.

Judge Won't Reinstate Manslaughter Charges in Frat Death
In Bellefonte Pennsylvania a judge refused to reinstate involuntary manslaughter charges against five former Penn State fraternity members in the hazing related death of 19 year old Tim Piazza. Prosecutors may refile and appeal through higher courts as the case proceeds. Piazza died after a night of heavy drinking and late responses to his condition, with fraternity members delaying calling for help. The ruling upheld the magistrate’s dismissal of the most serious counts for eight defendants and left other charges dismissed for three defendants.
