Stun gun added to police arsenal in New Castle
The New Castle Police Department will deploy stun guns after the Fraternal Order of Police funded the devices and training. Thirty-one officers completed an eight hour course at the city building led by Dennis Kaufman. The program cost about 3000 dollars, with 80 dollars per stun gun and 25 dollars per trained officer. The devices will be carried by certified officers once a city policy is in place.

New Castle Board Urged to Seek Court OK on Debt Finance

Sakharov cleared to return to Moscow from exile
