Topeka Kansas June 10 The state supreme court decision Saturday ousting the Anheuser Busch Brewing association from Kansas and seizing its property by state receivers is final and affects other foreign brewers. The move clarifies state receivers powers and they will pursue seizure of saloons and warehouses worth thousands of dollars in Kansas.
National League results show Chicago 4 over Philadelphia 2, St Louis 0 over New York 3, Cincinnati 1 over Brooklyn 3, with a Cincinnati 11 to Brooklyn 2 in the second game.
