Schroeder Team Leads Lions Club Drive In Lons Contest

All-day Conference For Presbyterian Mission Groups

An all day conference for representatives of the missionary societies of the Presbyterian churches in Coos county was held at the Marshfield Presbyterian church. Officers from Southwest Oregon Presbyterial included Mrs. J. H. Edgar of Ashland president, Mrs. J A. Campbell of Roseburg, Mrs. Elmer Russell of North Bend, Mrs. William Poling of Phoenix, and Mr and Mrs. Fred Scherer of Marshfield. About 50 ladies attended with Myrtle Point participants Mesdames Henry Schroeder, Charles Stallard, Norman Morsing and Hugh T. Mitchelmore, the latter taking part in the opening devotions and serving as organist.
