Shay's Cafe in Coquille was sold early this week to Mr and Mrs H A Billis of Coquille who relocated from San Diego. The former owners Mr and Mrs W I Shay have had health issues, Shay bedridden with a heart ailment and moved to the Ray Rooker home temporarily. The Billises, with 15 years in hotel and restaurant work, previously ran the Green Wrecking House in Coquille and later a Myrtle Point venture.
