Championship Golf Awards Presented At Anita Meeting

Past Masters Night Draws 100 Masons in Myrtle Point

More than 100 Masons attended the annual Past Masters night of Arene Lodge No 78 A F and AM at the local Masonic Temple last Thursday. Distinguishing guests included District Deputy Grand Master Lester Coats of Coos Bay, L Shaffer master of Coquille Ron Riley master of Bandon lodge and 35 past masters with 14 from out of town. A 6:30 banquet preceded the meeting where speakers included Mr Coats and Claude Giles of Coos Bay. The Master Mason degree was exemplified for two candidates William Knight and James Bagley.
